This Privacy Policy explains how Seeket, Inc. (“Seeket,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you browse, shop, sell, or otherwise interact with our Services, including our website, mobile application, and any other platforms or APIs where this Privacy Policy is posted or linked (collectively, the “Services”).

“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you. This includes information we collect when you create an account, place an order, interact with merchants or delivery providers, or use any features of our Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to all Seeket Services and activities where it is linked. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and agree to the practices described herein.

Seeket collects Personal Information as described in the "Information We Collect" section for the business and commercial purposes outlined in "How We Use Your Information."  We describe our disclosures of Personal Information,, including why and to whom we share it, in the "How We Share Your Information" section.  As described in detail below, we may "sell" or "share" (as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, or "CCPA") certain categories of Personal Information.  You may exercise your right to opt out of such disclosures by submitting a request to cs@seeketlb.com.  California residents can learn more about their privacy rights in "California Privacy Rights."

  1. Information We Collect.

We collect Personal Information from you in three main ways:  (a) information you provide directly, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information we receive from third parties.

  1. Information You Provide.  We collect the following types of Personal Information when you interact with Seeket:

  • Contact Information – Your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Account Information – When you create a Seeket account, we collect your username, password, and any other information you provide during registration.
  • Order Information – Details necessary to process and deliver your order, including delivery address, date/time, items purchased, and any special instructions.
  • Age/Identity Verification – If you purchase age-restricted or regulated products, we may collect information from your government ID (e.g., ID number, issuing state or country) and, where required by law, a copy of your ID.
  • Payment Information – Billing address, payment method, and related details (processed by our payment partners).
  • Communications – Messages exchanged with Seeket customer service or, if applicable, your delivery driver or the Merchant.
  • Public Content – Information you post publicly on Seeket (e.g., reviews, public listings).  Public information can be seen and collected by others.
  • Other Voluntary Information – Information provided in surveys, promotions, or during other interactions with Seeket.
  • Information About Others – If you send a gift, refer a friend, or provide details about another person, you must have their permission.  We may collect their name, contact information, and delivery address.

  1. Information Collected Automatically.  When you use Seeket, we automatically collect certain information about your device and activity:

  • Usage Information – Pages visited, products viewed or added to cart, order history, and interactions with emails, messages, or notifications.  We may use session replay tools to analyze clicks, scrolls, and other actions to improve usability.
  • Device Information – IP address, device type, operating system, browser type/settings, mobile network, and unique identifiers.
  • Location Information – If you enable location services, we may collect precise location data to improve delivery accuracy, pickup hand-offs, and store recommendations.  You can adjust your device/browser settings to control location sharing.
  • Cookies & Tracking Technologies – We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, APIs, SDKs, and similar tools to operate the Services, personalize your experience, analyze performance, and serve relevant ads.

  1. Information Received from Third Parties.  We may receive Personal Information about you from:

  • Linked Accounts – If you log in via a third-party service (e.g., Google, Facebook), we receive information they share with us, such as your name and email address.
  • Retail Partners – To process orders, fulfill loyalty program benefits, and provide promotions.
  • Business & Service Partners – Companies providing services like payment processing, delivery, mapping, customer communications, analytics, advertising, and fraud prevention.
  • Marketing & Advertising Partners – For analytics, attribution, and personalized advertising.
  • Referrals & Gifts – Other Seeket users may provide your information when referring you or sending you an order or gift.
  • Public Sources & Authorities – Information from publicly available records or governmental entities when legally required.

  1. Payment Processors and Partners.

When you make a purchase through Seeket, your payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. For example, if you pay by credit card, the details you provide through the Services are transmitted directly to our payment processor. Seeket does not store your full payment card number. We may, however, receive limited details from our payment processor, such as the last four digits of your card and its expiration month and year.

We may also offer alternative payment options through other payment partners.  In these cases, you may be redirected to the partner's website or application to complete your transaction.  Any information you provide on a third-party payment site is subject to that provider's own privacy policy, not Seeket's.  [Stripe]

  1. Information Use.

We use the Personal Information we collect or receive for the following purposes:

  1. Provide and Operate the Services.  To deliver, administer, and manage the Seeket platform, including enabling account creation, order placement, and order tracking.

  2. Process Transactions.  To process payments, verify billing details, and facilitate the fulfillment and delivery of your orders.  This may include limited information provided by our payment processors and partners.

  3. Provide Customer Support.  To respond to your inquiries, address issues, and assist you in using the Services.

  4. Communicate With You.  To send you relevant updates, notices about changes to our Terms or Privacy Policy, and other important information about the Services.

  5. Marketing and Advertising.  To send you promotional materials, special offers, and other marketing communications, and to deliver interest-based or personalized advertising.  We may use cookies, pixels, tags, APIs, SDKs, and similar technologies to measure and improve the effectiveness of these campaigns.

  6. Personalize Your Experience.  To tailor the Services, recommendations, and offers based on your browsing activity, purchase history, and preferences.

  7. Analyze Usage and Improve Performance.  To conduct analytics, identify usage trends, detect errors, and test or enhance existing features.

  8. Maintain Security and Prevent Fraud.  To safeguard the Services, detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity, and protect the rights, safety, and property of Seeket, our users, and others.

  9. Meet Legal and Compliance Obligations.  To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and manage legal claims or disputes.

  10. Other Purposes With Your Consent.  To use your information for any other purpose you direct or expressly consent to.

We may combine Personal Information collected from you with data from other sources and use the combined information for the purposes described above.

  1. Information Disclosure.

We may disclose your Personal Information to the following categories of recipients:

  1. Affiliates and Subsidiaries.  We may share your Personal Information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy and other lawful business or operational needs.

  2. Service Providers and Third-Party Partners.  We may disclose your Personal Information to trusted third parties that provide services to Seeket, including cloud hosting, data storage, payment processing, delivery and logistics, analytics, marketing support, customer communication platforms, fraud prevention, security services, and legal or compliance services.

  3. Marketing and Advertising Partners.  We may share your Personal Information with advertising networks, social media platforms, and marketing service providers to deliver and measure interest-based advertisements, promotional content, and campaigns.  Some partners may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, or similar technologies to track your activity over time and across different websites or services.

  4. Analytics Providers.  We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to better understand usage of the Services, identify trends, and improve performance.  These providers may use cookies and other technologies to collect and analyze data on our behalf.  To learn more about Google Analytics' data practices, please visit Google's support page.

  5. Sellers.  When you place an order through the Services, we may disclose relevant Personal Information to the seller fulfilling your order, including your name, contact details, delivery address, and order details, so they can process and fulfill your purchase.

  6. Other Users (if you choose to share).  If you choose to make certain information public through the Services (for example, posting reviews or public content), that information may be visible to other users.

  7. Legal and Compliance Purposes.  We may disclose your Personal Information when required to do so by law, legal process, or regulatory request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, property, or the rights, safety, or property of others.

  8. Business Transactions.  In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, your Personal Information may be transferred to the acquiring or successor entity.

  9. With Your Consent or At Your Direction.  We may share your Personal Information for any other purpose that you direct or to which you expressly consent.

We may also disclose Personal Information for other purposes that will be described to you at the time of collection or prior to sharing.

  1. Children's Privacy.

We recognize the importance of protecting children's privacy, particularly in an online environment.  The Services are not intended for, and are not directed to, individuals under the age of 18.  We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a person under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our records.

  1. Third-Party Websites.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or operated by Seeket.  We may also provide social sharing features that allow you to share content between the Services and third-party platforms.  Your interactions with these third parties are governed by their own privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.  We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website or service before providing them with your Personal Information.

  1. Information Security.

We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the Personal Information we collect from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.

If we collect or process Personal Health Information, we do so in accordance with applicable privacy and security laws, including, where applicable, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

  1. Information Retention.

We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

When determining how long to retain Personal Information, we consider factors such as:

  1. The amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data;

  2. The potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure;

  3. The purposes for which the data is used and whether those purposes can be achieved by other means; and

  4. Applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including those that permit retention to protect our legal rights.

Once the applicable retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize the Personal Information, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  1. Your Privacy Choices.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Information.  These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.  Seeket will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

  1. Update Your Information.  If you have a Seeket account, you can review, correct, or update your details (such as name, phone number, address, and payment information) in your Account Settings.  If you no longer have access to your account, email us at cs@seeketlb.com.

  2. Marketing Preferences.  You may opt out of marketing emails, push notifications, or texts by following the opt-out instructions in our communications or updating your Account Settings.  Even if you opt out, we may still send you administrative or transactional messages related to the Services.

  3. Access or Delete Your Data.  You may request a copy of your Personal Information or ask us to delete it.  We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request. Submit requests to cs@seeketlb.com.

  4. Opt-Out of Sales/Sharing (Behavioral Advertising).  Seeket also honors browser-based opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law.  You may still receive ads, but they may be less relevant.  []

  1. Disclosures for California Residents.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), provides you with certain rights regarding your Personal Information.

  1. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information.  Seeket may "sell" or "share" certain categories of Personal Information, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.  This includes disclosing information to advertising, marketing, and analytics partners in ways that may constitute a "sale" (exchange for value) or "sharing" (disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising).

You can also use certain preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), to automatically opt out.  If we detect a valid GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a legally binding request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser and any profile we have linked to it.  Please note that you must enable the signal on each browser or device you use.

  1. Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.  Seeket only uses or discloses sensitive Personal Information for purposes permitted by the CCPA/CPRA, such as:

  • Providing our services;
  • Preventing fraud, illegal activity, or security threats;
  • Ensuring the physical safety of individuals;
  • Maintaining and improving the quality of our services.

We do not use sensitive Personal Information for purposes of inferring characteristics about you.
